As the world we live in today features ever-growing hospitality solutions, what makes travelers feel home still remains a comfy, stylish, unique space. Boutique hotel William NYC is the out-and-out prove of that: located in the east part of Manhattan’s Midtown, it’s the successful result of a joint work amid architecture studio Situ Design, interior design studio Lilian B Interiors and William Engel’s paintings. Focusing on extended stays, the design hotel is characterized by a bold use of color, with each floor dedicated to a specific different hue that coats the ceilings, walls, carpets and bed linens.

Blue, teal, pink, orange and yellow turn on any corner of the facility, pleasantly playing with the furnishing’s neutral color as well as the touch of gray tweed in the bathrooms of the 33 rooms of the hotel. In larger suites, floating walls separate living from sleeping while smoked mirrors provide a reflective backdrop for sleek kitchens. Terraced suites, offer guests an outdoor urban oasis to view the classic New York City skyline. The 1920’s foyer recalls the golden age of the city, merging past with present thanks to the grayed classic elements as well as the green and teal hints of color that guests can glimpse in the reception portal. A vivid refined project that recalls both the vivacity of NYC and the elegance of its East Side.
