After being unused for 76 years, an attic in Bucharest has been amazingly renovated and turned upside down by TECON studio. From an abandoned place to an ultra modern loft featuring wood elements and contemporary furniture pieces. The whole space is overlooked by wood beams which are the main stand and decorative elements of this two-levels interior.

Daylight lights up the space made of parquet floor and all-white walls and beams. The mezzanine is white as well, accessible through sort of a bridge made of wood and glass sheets. The loft features a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a storage closet and a soundproof bedroom whose main wall is made of polycarbonate and wood sheets. Wood is the core element of the whole space, combined with two other colors beyond white: green and eggplant, which characterize the living room sofas. A stunning renovation to bring a forgotten place back to life.
