Florence, Cascine Park. Within a 19th century hamlet, a former artisan factory has been turned into Riva Lofts Hotel, owned and designed by architect Claudio Nardi. A luxury abode just outside Florence for relax and art lovers. It is a boutique-hotel where to buy artworks in a very pleasant interior enriched by antique trade pieces as well as modern furniture, all mixed together by the employment of minimalistic warm materials. Three buildings host 9 studio apartments up to 100 square meters overlooking the park or the garden, where either families, couples or single travellers can enjoy a nice time in a cozy interior enriched by refined pieces of furniture coming from the world’s most prestigious boutiques. 

Each studio offers a unique atmosphere characterized by different pieces such as artworks from the Fifties or contemporary design objects, not to mention the kitchen designed by Nardi himself. The center of the property hosts the living room featuring stone walls, cross vaults, a fireplace and the view on both the garden and the swimming pool. A prestigious hotel awarded with the Wallpaper Awards and the l’Hôtel & lodge prize in 2008.
