Relax tra gli Ulivi is the name of interior designer Pelizzari’s project in the Tuscan countryside, where a 350 square meters farmstead has been renovated to combine country life with a modern touch by mixing rustic and contemporary pieces of furniture all together. The two-story building is surrounded by two hectares of olive trees which spread a lovely scent in the atmosphere as well as allow the independent production of olive oil. Earthenware tile flooring combined with stone walls and oak-beamed ceilings characterize the living room, the wood kitchen and the dining room which obviously features a fire place. Each space hosts XL armchairs, multicolored rugs and stripe-patterned pillows, in a unique mix of different styles, hues and atmospheres.

The bedroom area is made of 5 ensuite rooms, each featuring a private access from the garden and all-white walls clashing with the furniture color. An unusual house preserving the traditional country style, enhanced by the use of modern elements such as colorful design decorative objects aimed at bringing sort of a city-style to the property as well as turning a rustic space into a refined one.
