A hotel aimed at satisfying the client with a simple yet refined and modern offer: this is the core concept of Okko Hotels, the brand that put people at the centre of its project. A mission that became reality thanks to the encounter between two men: Olivier Devys, Chairman of Okko Hotels, and the international designer Patrick Norguet. Two unique personalities who faced a thrilling challenge together: creating a 4 star hotel with high-end services at an affordable price.

The first Okko hotel is located in Nantes. Key requirements: a great position to easily access the whole city and an interior all about design, technology and simplicity. Norguet’s pure essential design welcomes the clients in a space that feels like home but also offers everything you can expect from a 4 star hotel. The 18 square meter rooms feature any possible amenity, combining elegance, modernity and technology all together, just like Okko’s philosophy states. But the very heart of the hotel is its Club, a 200 square meter space that merges conviviality and privacy to meet the needs of both businessmen and travelers. The Club features a wide dining room, a library, a business corner with iMacs and printers, and a fitness centre featuring gym and sauna, with no extra fees to get in.

A contemporary elegant place where to relax and feel at home, thanks to Okko’s new way of technology employment which makes super easy to customers to make, edit or cancel a booking online, as well as checking in and out with a single click or communicating with the hotel personnel 24 hours a day.

A perfect challenge for such a great designer like Norguet, whose name stands for perfection, precision, innovation and pragmatism.
