The interior design by Emmanuel Babled is born from the knowledge of local artisans’s work and modern techonology, whom, amidst Carrara marble, Murano glass and Nepalese and Indian textiles, creates projects that challenge traditional methods with a healthy dose of modernity. Two of his most famous projects were born this way: the lamp Anywhere else and OSMOSI.
Anywhere else, presented at the 2011 Fuorisalone in the Plusdesign space, which is allocated to contemporary work and is a symbol of limited edition furniture, is made entirely of curved neon tubes, which play with light, turning it into the main character in dark architerctures and redefines the surrounding space.

The masters of glass work, of the ancient arts, and a pinch of innovation all meet in the furniture signed by Emmanuel Babled.
The second one, OSMOSI, which had you been lucky you would have had a glimpse of in Milan during the last Design week, now gives a second chance to be viewed at the 55th International Art Exhibition at the Biennale di Venezia with the exhibition dedicated to new limited edition pieces.
The french artist will expose his new collection at Palazzo Franchetti, presenting his new project constructed by the delicate meeting of blown Murano glass and stone. The results is a mix between advanced techiques, which allow the perfect fit between the two materials, and the glass realized according to ancient venetian traditions. Transperancy and fragility in bright shades united with the rigidity of the rock for a marriage of opposites who could not live without each other.
