White wall, soft features and a living room overlooking the swimming pool: the sea-villa by Greek architect Alexandros Logodotis in Paros perfectly balances luxury and the natural environment around. The owner managed to put it almost naturally inside the uncontaminated landscape, creating a place that brings its guests to serenity. The dream-property is a three-stories villa accessible by a beautiful boulevard enriched by purple Bougainvilleas. The ground floor hosts an all-white living room and dining room featuring modern furniture and a fireplace. A few steps link this area to the most spectacular piece: a sofa fronting a huge glass wall which separates the living area from the swimming pool, where the employment of LED lights creates a romantic atmosphere that spreads throughout the property at night.

A majestic corridor connects the ground floor to the upper area hosting bedrooms and bathrooms characterized by soft shapes. A fairy world colored in white e light grey enhancing the interior thanks to the light getting inside through the windows built within stone. Beds, showers and furniture are perfectly inserted in the house structure: in the main bedroom there’s also a rock sculpture reminding of the sea and of Kolybithres beach rocks. The exterior of the property hosts a patio featuring white wood and a concrete table where to enjoy sea-view dinners. A place to totally relax above the sea and under the stars.
