A four year project with an astonishing result: that’s the loft designed by WORKac studio in NYC, in collaboration with the building’s owner. The aim was to create something different from the standard New York lofts by designing unconventional colorful spaces. The loft is divided into four longitudinal areas depending on their function. The first living area features a circled sofa, all-white resin flooring and a mezzanine. A Japanese-like wooden passage links this room the the main huge living room featuring a plum floor, which includes a spacious kitchen, a 16 seat table and a grey rounded ceiling.

The interior includes various adjustable items such as the kitchen and dining room tables. Unlike standard minimalistic New York lofts, this is a warm space with many functional areas made out of different materials. The loft is more than 6,000 square meters big and arranged on three floors. There’s even a garden and a spare room where to put random stuff to prevent the interior from being messy. A dream loft combining functionality, originality and a joyful play of contrasting colors.
