The kitchen is reduced to the three archaic tools of water, carving board and fire. In those five station each preparation step is visible during cooking. From raw vegetable to the finished dish. The Street Food Kitchen was designed as Bachelor Thesis of Anna Liesch focusing on the awareness of almost-forgotten vegetable varieties that grow in our region.
The modules are built for short term transportation and are easy to open and close.
The simplicity of the usability characterizes the product functionally and aesthetically.
