Primavera Residences is a 10-storey, twin-tower, mixed-use development (commercial, offices, residential) in Cagayan de Oro City, Northern Mindanao, Philippines. Construction of the first tower began in 2010 and was completed in September 12, 2012. The second tower is set to be completed in late 2014.
The first eco-friendly condo complex developed in Mindanao, it features the best principles of passive cooling technology: shadow and sunlight control, wind cooling and shape performance.
These features, combined with renewable energy that will be produced from solar panels found on the roof of the towers, will help reduce the overall energy consumption of the buildings — bringing long-term savings to its residents and making Primavera Residences even more desirable as an investment.
Primavera Residences has received awards from the International Property Awards for Best Mixed Use Development in the Philippines (Kuala Lumpur, 2014); Southeast Asia Property Awards for Highly Commended in Best Condo Development in the Philippines (Singapore, 2011), and CTI-PFAN for One of the Most Promising Clean Energy Investment Opportunities in the Philippines (Manila, 2010).
