Fashion, color and design at their best: it happens in Rio De Janeiro, inside an aprtment overlooking São Conrado Beach designed by Gisele Taranto Arquitetura. The museum-like astonishing interior features several different prints and colors. The living room presents light grey concrete walls, white ceiling and marble flooring emphasizing the green sofa, the Missoni-like pillow hues, the striped pouf and the various pictures on the wall. Throughout the apartment it’s easy to run into original items such as patterned skateboards, Andy Warhol’s Marylin, floral patterns and inusual combinations such as the wooden table from the dining room matched to steel chairs.
Vivienne Westwood hits Rio De Janeiro
Gisele Taranto Arquitetura, mixing fashion and design
The master bedroom is probably the main room of this museum-apartment thanks to the Vivienne Westwood’s wallpaper above the bed and the private bathroom decorated by Damien Hirst. A lively yet luxury interior enriched by urban details overlooking the ocean and a huge beach
