A really loved piece of design.  Vas-One, realized by Luisa Bocchietto for the Italian company Serralunga – leader in outdoor furnishings – immediately became a real design icon. Vas-One is a plot suitable both for outdoor and internal spaces, for the interiors as well as the gardens. One of the best thing of this pop inspiration article is that it allows you to light and contain at the same time flowers. It is of course a vase, but it is also a lamp. Vas-One Light Collection is available in multiple sizes. From 50 cm on, it is possible to have some pieces of the lighted version, both with low-energy fluorescent light bulb (neutral color) or with LED RGB system (that is, the first light source able to change the color of the released light).

Thanks to its iconic and definite shape, Vas-One – made of polyethylene and printed following a  rotational moulding process – becomes also an amazing lamp for your garden. Concerning the second function, that is as plot to contain flowers, it is important to underline the possibility to have a reduced amount of soil due to the closure near the vase’s surface. That’s why it is suggested to put inside flowers and small plants.
Serralunga, historical company founded in Biella in 1825, delights in collaborating with interesting partners. In recent years it has ordered several projects to international architects and designers such as Zaha Hadid, Philippe Starck and Jean-Marie Massaud.
