Designed by Ted Bed Volen Valentinov from Sofia's All In studio and presented for the first time on the occasion of the annual World of Furniture exhibition in the capital, Ted Bed is literally more than a simple bed.

The first interesting feature of this design product is the material: Ted Bed is made out of waste materials from the mattresses manufacturing process, therefore it emphasizes the importance of recycling within the design field.

In total, it is made of three pieces: an 85x200cm mattress, a standard pillow and a triangular pillow. In just a few simple steps and thanks to the straps on the edges of the mattress, Ted Bed can be immediately converted into several seats like an armchair or an ottoman.

With its versatility and lightness, Ted Bed proves to be a young, intuitive and eco-friendly product that sums up some of the most crucial features of contemporary design such as multifunctionality and sustainability. Moreover, it suits many different settings, both indoor and outdoor, as it is upholstered with waterproof materials, to be not only an innovative bed but also a perfect mate on an adventurous trip.
