On the top floor o fan ancient building in the heart of Sondrio, Fabio Gianoli designed an astonishing modern yet vintage loft by bringing a city feel to the mountainside without disappointing any of the client’s requests. The immaculate interior features painted ceilings and floor enhancing the open space formula characterized by five big windows. The furniture includes modern pieces, laminated armchairs, optical rugs, antiques and custom sized pieces such as Haute Material wood table or the brazier, a unique piece by  STILFER by Mauro Bettini Sondrio which is the central element of the living room.

This room also features a white sofa and light designs items by “Illumina”, as well as small tables made out of a former car engine, and also many collections, from movies and comics to cast iron radiators. The all-white bedroom presents a Rubino wood parquet floor whilst the bathroom is characterized by white mosaic tiles enhancing a Marilyn Monroe print from Giuliano Grittini’s "Tribute to Marilyn” limited collection. A quality space where light takes over, to bring the city’s sophistication to the hearth of Valtellina.
