Open in 1746 Masseria Capasa has been undergone a bold renovation after almost 300 years. Thanks to the project by architect Paolo Fracasso, the property is now as wonderful as in the beginning. Surrounded by Salento’s secular olive and fig trees, the property is the ideal place for holidays and getaways.  Located in Martano, near Lecce, the property features a huge garden, in a pleasant combination between nature, comfort and history.

As any traditional Puglia’s manor farm, this hotel is entirely made out of stone both on the inside and on the outside, with large vaults and rough walls perfectly matching the interior decoration. The color range is all about natural hues, with grey and taupe bringing a unique character to the space. There are only three bedrooms, to guarantee a relaxing sojourn: the smallest one features a cosy stone fireplace whilst the bigger one has a free standing bath tub.
The design is consistent with the natural colors to preserve the quietness of the interior. The balanced decoration features inlaid lamps in the kitchen, design lamps in the common areas and striped sofas in the living room. Everything is about Puglia’s tradition and comfort which is the key element of both the interior and the exterior, with an impressive garden lighting during the night.
