The idea of a small paradise on Earth is reflected in the open bright interior design where customers find themselves in a space colored by delicate pastel hues pleasantly contrasting the dark wood flooring. The main focus, captivating the pedestrians’ eyes from outside, is the high central varnished white table, enriched by an interesting play of lines reminding of white tree branches going up to the ceiling. This is just one of the many tables of the restaurant, featuring different heights and materials to meet the needs of any client, from businessmen to families.

The core theme is certainly purity, both in terms of materials and food, just like Not Guilty’s concept states.
