Grown up in his father’s workshop, Francesco Rossi most likely first learned the craftsman's profession than to walk. Immediately he understands what it means to get his hands dirty, the immense effort that is behind each product, each creation.
And above all, he learns what means the word patience. Behind every project there are weeks of hard work, from the research of materials, to the idea and then to the creation. They are unique pieces and not reproducible in series in which the artist combines tradition and innovation.
In 2013 he founded Night Created Design, born from his passion that manifests mainly at night (hence the name), is precisely when the day gives way to the darkness that Francesco can best express his own creative originality.

Iron, the material that he prefers and knows deeply thanks to a long apprenticeship on its workmanship, it is the principal element of all his creations. It is a supporting and functional structure that is more contemporary and able to harmonize with the others materials used, poorer and more raw material from the peasant tradition. They are precisely these materials the other focal point of all his creations, natural materials recovered in the woods, torrents or during the demolition of old houses.
In our showroom you could find the hanger from the stylized form of a tree, L’Incoerente, in which the artist combines recycled iron with the river’s wood; Roof Style, the bench made with an axis coming from the ceiling of the artist's house or in Eretica, an ancient grape case saved from the flames of a fireplace and transformed into a delightful bench.
Another example of the creativity of the artist is 21:00, a seat that is the nostalgic reinterpretation in a contemporary key of the bench where Francesco used to sit on during the first outings with friends and whose name refers to the time that his dad forced him to go home.
Creations that have their own history, rustic and minimalist style, which come to life thanks to a slow and exclusively manual processing.
