Cornlofts Triplex loft in Prague, Czech Republic, is a place to live and work in, consisting of a former industrial building now renovated, comfortable and cozy. The project, fulfilled by  B2 Architecture studio this year, involved a 230 square meters space. The owners asked for a out-and-out music studio to be put inside the loft  featuring amplifiers, instruments, computers and all the necessary equipment. No sooner said than done! B2 Architecture created an interior that combines modernity with the original structure of the building, an atypical loft where space is optimized thanks to a two-level portioning. Those levels are connected by several glass plates that give a bigger brighter sense of space.

The lower level hosts the private space featuring a custom-size walk-in closet at the entrance, the music studio, kids and guests bedrooms and bathrooms. The middle level hosts the living area such as the color-white kitchen with wood elements and a black wall, as well as the studio whose window is framed within the roof. The upper level hosts the main bedroom, its bathroom and changing rooms. The pieces of furniture combine a vintage and a modern look: induction stove in the kitchen but also an old piano, which is only one of the many items referring to the owners’ passion, music.
