Italian local production, craftsmanship and quality: these are just a few ingredients of the design pieces that you will find at our Spazio TID, but most of all they represent the core of Mato collection by Pollodesign Factory. Founded in 2005, the Milan-based studio serves as a link between design culture and experimentation: this ever-changing approach led to creating Mato, one of the collections by the brand. The range only features design pieces in limited edition, or even one-offs, resulting from the interesting mix amid traditional processing and craftsmanship on the one hand, and quality materials with high-end hand finishes on the other.

Elegant and classic in the shape, these pieces of furniture enrich the best moments of our spare time, when we take care of ourselves and do what we like the most: Mato design pieces interact with the user to create a comprehensive experience, with a subtle use of technology that never takes over their authentic poetry. Mato philosophy focuses on the user’s needs but also on our human side, as proved by many pieces of the collection. Tavolo 12 is a directorial desk that features a water glass holder as well as much room for any computer cable, in order to fulfill both our basic and more contemporary needs. The new edition of Tavolo 12 also features an invisible device to charge your phone, which enhances the tech side of the piece without weakening its human one. By challenging the user to understand where the device is hidden, this desk plays with us and also suggests not to passively surrender to technology, which must remain just a mere tool for us. Among the many pieces showcased at our showroom, the range of furniture by Pollodesign also includes Lull, a bookcase with brass and mahogany shelves, enriched by a coffee table with seats dedicated to our relaxation. To take a look at all the design pieces by the brand, pop up at our Spazio TID located in Baranzate at Via Monte Pordoi 8.
