Everything in 39 squared metres, without sacrifising anything and without cluttering. Sounds like an impossible mission for anyone, and yet in Stockholm, in the Vasastan/Odenplan area, there is an apartment that combines limited space with comfort and taste. The first important point: colour. Or rather, in this case, the absence of color. In fact in this apartment, the colour white invades the walls, floors, and ceiling. There are soft wood touches around, as the dining table and the chairs, and a soft hazelnut colour for the leather sofa. All of this visually enlarges the space and illuminates the  rooms.

Second point: light. In fact this house, even if of humble size, has very large windows, which allow the light to enter throughout the entire day and render the environment even more pleasant. The house is equipped with everything, and the bedroom is even separated from the main house and contains a large double bed and closet. The living room also has a modern kitchen with all the necessities, a living space with a dining table that fits up to 6 people, and a work station. The clever usage of all the space allows this apartment to have everything, even a little balcony with some chairs and table that completes the scene and makes this house the pefect one for a young student or a single occupant.
