The revolution on interior design starts from materials by choosing sustainable ones as proved by Giorgio Caporaso’s Lessmore. After being one of the ten eco-interior design brands selected for the Sustainable Development Award of Ecomondo 2013, Lessmore participated in the latest Salone del Mobile fair by bringing its unconventional furniture to events and exhibitions to prove their versatility in both private and public spaces. Each piece of the collection of this 100% Italian brand based in Bergamo is stackable and made out of 100% recycled cardboard, with custom finishings. The true innovation of this brand is not just the cardboard but also the complete sustainability of the whole production process.

Chair, tables, chaise longue and stackable pieces of furniture to complete home and office interior design as well as public spaces, as proved by their presence within many Milan’s Design Week events.
The main exhibit was hosted in the Design Sharing at the Fabbrica del Vapore as well as within Cinzia Rocca’s atelier where the architect designed a custom setting to represent the detailed linear quality garments of the brand.

Less Chair, Mattoni and Tappo were the three new entries presented on the occasion of the Salone del Mobile fair.
LessChair is a handy chair easy to assemble and move, mixing comfort and essential lines as a result of a study on shapes that makes it adapt to many different interiors with sort of an evergreen feel.
Mattoni is a stackable piece of furniture suitable for several settings, shops, showrooms: it can be used as bookcase, wall, or divider element depending on the alignment of its part. As any Lessmore item, it is user friendly, and also features an additional module to create a small indoor vegetable garden.
Tappo, the latest project created in collaboration with Milan’s Politecnico university, features an anti-bacterial filter aimed at purifying the space it is in. An innovation mixing cardboard and technology thanks to a duct employing crab-shell-chitosan to stop bacteria from spreading as well as clean up the air of a smoking room.
