Quality design and handicraft came back today in Prague for the third edition of Prague Design Week, the event that has been taking the city to the international stage by showing the world the nation's style and love for design. Hosted at the iconic Kafka's House, right in the Old Town Square, the event is turning the capital into the ultimate place where to discover the latest innovations – thanks to as many as 93 local and international designers, producers, artists – as well as enjoy a multifaceted journey across different subjects such as design, fashion and handicraft. Attendees have the chance to learn the most crucial hand processings that bring design items to life, and also admire one of the most interesting hat collections, exhibited by La Modista and inspired by the style from the Twenties.

Just like the major world's design weeks, Prague Design Week addresses not just professionals but also design lovers and students, as some of the design products on show have been designed by the best uni scholars. The programme of the third edition includes talks, seminars, movies, cocktail parties and so on, to offer the public a much comprehensive experience that is as cultural as entertaining. Prague Design Week continues until May 8.
