A genuine hospitality project cannot exclude a strong human factor, as proved by today’s featured project located in Nantes, where Patrick Norguet designed one of the Okko hotels that he contributed to create. It all started with a human encounter, between the designer and Okko chairman and CEO Olivier Devys. Two professionals sharing a very important aim: innovation. This led to the creation of a new four star hotel concept, located right in the centre of the city, where clients can feel more independent and free, taking advantage of the very best pros of both luxury hotels and independent ones. With fair rates and space-wise functional rooms, a new concept of hospitality was ready to take off.

Norguet enriched the concept by adopting a timeless design, free from any kind of trends, aimed at making clients feel comfortable in many ways. Every service of the hotel is included in the room rate, and each room – which features a reasonable size with no waste in terms of space arrangement – is modern, cozy and with high-amenities. From the rooms to the club of the hotel, design goes beyond aesthetics to gain a more human face that enhances the uniquely free experience at Hokko. Embraced by elegant forms, amid a very welcoming space warmed up by natural hues and vivid hints of color, clients feel part of a very convivial atmosphere that never gets cold or awkward. The secret? A simple yet sophisticated design that harmonizes with the clients’ feelings, turning the new Okko philosophy into a tangible, enjoyable reality.
