Right in Berlin’s Charlottenburg district, a 320 square meter loft comes to a new life through an accurate thorough restyling that focuses on space arrangement and decoration, turning the traditional place into a contemporary artsy space.
Behind this transformation lies the young name of artist and stylist Santiago Brotons; the loft features a 120 sqm core living space, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with sauna, a office, a modern kitchen, a balcony and an amazing 40sqm terrace on the rooftop that overlooks West Berlin.

White takes over the walls, which sometimes frame parts of the original walls; the former floor has been replaced with solid wood flooring and the roof beams have been renovated and painted in white.
Many design items – that recall German modern design and the motto “Less is More“ [by Mies van der Rohe] - are scattered all over the place to bring a unique feel to the loft. They include Vanmoof bike, suspension lamps by Bocci, AJ Floor by Arne Jacobsen, Hygge Interior accessories, Muun beds and many artworks by Isabella Trimmel. Finally, the garden features Norr11 pieces of furniture, to make the loft reborn both inside and outside.
