Following several successful projects, the Stuttgart-based Ippolito Fleitz Group architecture studio is back to business with a new interior design work that has created an interesting work world for its final users. The project was commissioned by INNOCEAN, an international advertising agency based in South Korea and looking for a new European headquarters located in Frankfurt.

The studio, whose method always starts with an accurate study of the client’s needs, created for the agency a modern flexible space reflecting INNOCEAN’s young character, with a space division consistent with its multi-disciplinary offer.

The project puts under the spotlight two key features, dynamism and movement, which assimilate employees and visitors from the very beginning, starting in the reception area at the entrance. Design elements guide people throughout the space which is characterized by an open work zone as well as ad hoc areas such as the employee library and the agency’s private gym, offering an amazing view over the city.

To represent the high design standards of the agency itself, the studio chose spatial polygonal elements as well as a wide range of design materials. Among these, glass, which creates the openness and transparency of the work area, paired with semi-public and ultra-discreet conference rooms, in the effort of promoting a creative and communicative working atmosphere. A kind of atmosphere with which the studio, recently awarded with the DDC award Gute Gestaltung 2015, is very familiar. Since the beginning, it has been working with the clients to decide together any side of a project, from architecture to interior design, product and even communication, in a multifaceted approach that offers solutions going beyond disciplines.
