Alessio Bassan and the sustainability. A winning fusion presented at Fuori Salone 2012 thanks to the partnership with Key Cucine. At Superstudiopiù at the Temporary Museum for New Design the designer presented Inside project, able to link the kitchens with its surroundings.
Thanks to the technology and the Swanstone, a new generation green material, everyone can easily opt for zero impact cooking. The Swanstone can be obtained through acryilic resins and natural minerals that give birth to non-toxic, chemical and bacteria resistant and food compatible pieces of furniture. Inside seems to be the ideal solution for high demanding people and environmental topics because it is not only sustainable, but it has got those modern features offered by the actual market.

The chef of course are not satisfied with two cabinets and a plank where they can slice zucchini. Inside has been obtained from a white ice coloured monolith with pattern doors that can contain every kind of optional and all accessories requested by the customers. Knife racks, shelves, oddments and everything’s guest need may be available considering also induction burners and a hood that can convey the flow of vapors. Moreover you can count on a minimal and off white appearance suitable for each customer needs. However the project of this designer is not a real news because he has already presented Eco, a paper made kitchen on the occasion of Fuori Salone in 2011.
Which will be the next “green” kitchens project of the designer Alessio Bassan? Please stay tuned!
